Ice Fishing Little Bay de Noc 2007

The weather was stable and temps in the Mid 30's with 15 plus inches of solid good ice and the fish were biting. Some good friends of mine decided to take a long weekend and travel to Little Bay de Noc in search of the monster Walleyes that swim there and thats what we caught. The biggest was 30 1/2 inches, 10 1/2 lbs. Caught by a good friend Cliff Schulist. His biggest to date.Congrats to Cliff. We did miss a few fish, some guy did not catch any...but that's fishing.

Here are some pics of a few fish caught by the Lodge de Noc boys. We had a lot of laughs and good times and the weekend went to fast as usual.

We are in the process of planning another ice trip for more fun, laughs and yes Monster Walleyes in the Yooper country as the locals call it. Leo's $100.00 tip-up will produce in 2008, so keep an eye on this website for more pics and results from Little Bay de Noc.
